I have installed the DCMTK3.6.0 with libxml2.lib, and I found libxml fold in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 9.0\VC\ include\ I could use command dsr2xml successfully, but I cannot use the command line xml2dsr to covert xml file into dcm file.
