Is it good to start with the function DIMSE_sendMessage(T_ASC_Association * assoc,......) for MPPSSCU? What are the least mandatory tags which is needed while sending a DIMSE_N_CREATE_RQ message...

Right now I am experimenting with CTN- MESA tool for MPPS SCU.(But still no result arised).

I would like to know if I am using dcmtk for MPPSSCU, should I start with findscu program?
