Hi, -xf requires two parameters, not one: -xf --config-file [f]ilename, [p]rofile: string use profile p from config file f So you also have to provide the Profile defined in the storescu.cfg file (you could define multiple inside). You can find all profiles defined in the section "Profiles"...

No, that's not possible since this is a limitation of the DICOM ACSE network protocol. Though you can throw away all SOP classes in the configuration that you don't need for your purpose (I doubt you want to send all of them).

Best,
Michael

Hi,

storescu -R should also do the trick.

Hi, no, no plans for a dedicated API so far, sorry. If you want to do it yourself, you could re-use some stuff from the dcmiod module, e.g. Patient, Patient Study, General Study, General Series, Segmentation Series, Frame of Reference, General/Enhanced Equipment, Common Instance Reference and SOP Co...

Hi, I assume that you are referring to the storescp tool? There is no way to enforce a wrong called AE titlte to be rejected. Also, the mentioned +ac option is something different and can be used in order to allow certain hosts to connect to storescp, based on a Unix feature called TCP wrapper. If y...

Hi, Your log shows two responses, one in status Pending which has actual response data. Afterwards, the last response arrives with status Success. In the standard this must always be the last response, and that response must not contain any response data at all (but only notifies you of Success). Ho...

Hi,

so far this is not planned. If you want to provide a patch, however, you're welcome.

Hi,

No, this is still a limitation. storescp prints an error if you try to start it with both options.

Michael

Hi,

Sorry, hard to say what happened with the details given, maybe the server already hung up itself?

Can you enable debug logging and send the log?

Best,
Michael

Hi, from what I read in the OpenSSL documentation (see also Reseed section) that should be just fine. If you use poll() only the system's PRNG is used, while screen() was used to add screen content as an extra entropy source on Windows. My DCMTK colleague Marco (who implemented OpenSSL support in DC...

Hi Martin,

I tried on Linux some months ago, and some minor changes were required to compile DCMTK with LibreSSL but as far as I can remember it worked.

However, I did not test whether the SSL-based parts of DCMTK were doing something useful afterwards.

Best regards,
Michael

Hi,

no, no such wildcard permitted. You have to "manually" iterate over all the studies by their StudyInstanceUID, that you find beforehand by querying on QueryRetrieveLevel=STUDY.

This is not due to findscu but a rule from the DICOM standard (see part 4 for the details...).

Best,
Michael

Hi, for a query on series level you have to provide the "unique keys" of the upper levels. In Study ROOT, option -S, this is only the level STUDY with the unique key "Study Instance UID". So, add Study Instance UID to your query with the value of the Study you are interested in (...

Hi Shaeto,

I committed the patch today to DCMTK. The related commit #26750f will show up in the next days on the public git.

Thanks for the suggestion,
Michael
