how to build a dicom server with DCMTK

Hi,

I would like to build a dicom server which can

- run independently or as a service in Windows environment.

- has its dicom AE title or name

- automatically receive connection, accept file and put file in a specific folder.


I am using c++. is there any similar code to share or guide me details on how to use DCMTK to implement it?
