Failed to move error status: c001

#1 Post by nicolasdicom »

Hi Offis,

I would like to ask if some can see what problem I am dealing with .

This is the error message ,

Code: Select all

2011-01-31 10:10:00,696 [ActiveAssoc-11182] INFO - received [pc-5] 1:C_MOVE_RSP
	class:	1.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.2.2.2/Study Root Query/Retrieve Information Model - MOVE
	status:	c001

2011-01-31 10:10:00,696 [172.16.1.6] ERROR - Failed to move error status: c001

2011-01-31 10:10:00,696 [172.16.1.6] INFO  - sending A-RELEASE-RQ

2011-01-31 10:10:00,696 [ActiveAssoc-11182] INFO  - received A-ABORT

Can be possible that the PACS system is taking a long time to send the image ? so the client notify (Failed to move) .

The problem is that "this problem" doesn't happen all the time. Moreover, If I try later(another retrieve operation), the image can be retrieved.

Please, have you ever had this kind of problem ?

I am sorry but i dont know where really start to find the problem, so, I would to start here to get some idea about it.

I tried to find something about next specific message.

" Failed to move error status: c001 "

Thanks in advanced!

Best Regards

Nicolas

Hello,
the c-move response status error message c001 usually refers to internal error in the PACS which makes it not able to process the request. MOVESCU has nothing to do with this error. For example maybe PACS is not able to connect to its database to query the images.

Hi omarelgazzar,

Thanks,
I was wondering myself about some problem with this PACS. It is a SIEMENS PACS.

I couldn't find any error from my software side.

In IQ system webpage I found next error codes

C001 = no destination AE specified
C002 = empty destination AE specified
C003 = destination not found or allowed
C004 = search error
C005 = destination not available

Best Regards,

Nicolas
