Receive dicom image using storescp

I need to send dicom image from one pc (windows xp) using storescu to another pc(windows 7) using storescp. How can I know the port number for poth?

I write the following:

On win xp pc:
storescu -v <ip address of win7 pc> <port I'dont Know> <dicom file>

ON win 7 pc:
storescp -v <port I'dont Know>

By specifying the same port on both sides, e.g. the well-known one for DICOM 104?

I use this port but the following message is appeared:

I: checking input files ...
I: Requesting Association
F: Association Request Failed: 0006:031b Failed to establish association
F: 0006:0317 Peer aborted Association (or never connected)
F: 0006:031c TCP Initialization Error: No error

Maybe, it's too obvious: Is port 104 opened in your firewall?
