I am trying to create an Multiframe DICOM image. For pixel data, the input is MP4 file. I will extract JPEG frames from MP4 file. All these JPEG frames are stored in memory.
I will extract pixel data from these in-memory JPEG files and insert them in the Multiframe DICOM file.
I am referring the I2DImgSource plugin. Here you give JPEG filename as input for extracting pixel data. Is there a way where we can give the memory address of in-memory JPEG file to extract the pixel data?

Hi,
no, you would have to write your own classes (e.g. amend/extend I2DImgSource and add code to the JPEG input plugin).
Best regards,
Michael
