Log4cpp in Quiete mode

#1 Post by ilia71 »

Hi,

Is there any way how i can (manually) control the output to the console?
Mainly important in Release configuration.

Thanks.

Sure, you could either disable the individual log levels using the corresponding LOG4CPLUS_DISABLE_xxx macros (see "macros.txt"), which also optimized away the underlying code, or you could just disable the logging at runtime (see example in the Howtos).
