dcmtk-3.6.1_20161102 sanpshot dsr2xml binary windows 10

I am having issues in setting up the latest snapshot of dcmtk-3.6.1_20161102 with visual studio 2015 community edition.
Right now I am in need of dsr2xml.exe binary from the snapshot dcmtk-3.6.1_20161102

can anyone has this binary please share it..snapshot dsr2xml.exe has ignore parsing errors option.

Do you need a 64-bit version?

And, btw, what are the issues with Visual Studio 2015 (Community Edition). It works without any problems here (on a Windows 7 system).

32 bit is ok...if you have 64 bit also please share it.

Do you use the latest version of CMake? If so, it looks like something is fishy with your Visual Studio installation.
