Hi Michael,

I am getting this below error when i am doing PatientQueryRetrieve but working fine wiht StudyQueryRetrieve.What's the reason?

Hi,

if the same works with Study Root, the server simply seems not to support Patient Root.

There is no requirement what the server must support, though, most support Study Root but less support Patient Root (and even less Patient/Study Only which also has been retired from the Standard).
