Build error MSVC2010 newest git version pull

Hi,

with the new git version I get errors like "cannot open file 'ws2_32.lib'" and other libraries too.

With git-commit 228f0ef9d4064d1578d94cb7abf67cba71394193 it still works fine without problems.

Thank you for the report. This seems to be caused by the following commit: http://git.dcmtk.org/web?p=dcmtk.git;a= ... 731#patch2

Could you check whether it works again without the ".lib" file extension (as it was before)? Thanks.

Btw, we tested it with VisualStudio 2008 Express and CMake 2.6/2.8 without any problems ...
