According to the INSTALL file, you have to generate the projects file(s) with CMake.

Hello,
The Visual 2010 files are generated but the compile option is /MD.
Ho to have the /MT Option for the library ?
Thank you,
Christophe

The default should be "/MT". Are you using a 64-bit compiler? Then I would recommend that you switch to the current development snapshot of the DCMTK.

Did you disable the CMake variable DCMTK_OVERWRITE_WIN32_COMPILER_FLAGS?

Re: Visual 2010 Sln File for Dcmtk
You have to include the "dcmtk/config/osconfig.h" header file that is generated by CMake. Also see FAQ #47.
