Dicom hierarchy doubts

HI,

I have a small doubt regarding DICOM hierarchy.

Can we save both multiframe images and single frame Images under a particular SeriesInstanceUID...?

Pls Clarify my doubt....

In principle, yes. Two objects can stay in the same series if all attributes of the Patient IE, Study IE and Series IE can remain constant for both objects. See DICOM part 3 for the definition (and the modules of) these information entities.
