Hi strato,

no there is no such tool available, sorry. Internally we've got a module to handle waveform data (no GUI), e. g. to dump waveform sample values to console.

Michael

This module is "private" - thus it is not part of the public toolkit. In this case, we haven't decided yet whether to put it into the public DCMTK or whether it should (could) be sold some day. At this time there are three parts:
  • 1) class library for managing samples, channels, groups etc.
    2) application to dump files/channels to console
    3) console application to modify single sample values
There is some code review necessary, too. When the module was implemented, there were only a few DICOM Waveform object examples available in the net. Currently I only know of Mortara products creating DICOM Waveform objects. But I did not extensively check this the last months.

So we would be happy to get some more test files...

Chances are not bad that the module will be available in the next time if we see a corresponding demand.

Regards,
Michael
