Hello everybody

Can someone help me, I know what I use logic to begin developing an application that converts an image jpeg to dicom format.
What are the aspects that make the image dicom?

there is some library in java to do that?

Forgive me the Englishman you for listening

What is an "image jpj"? Do you mean a JPEG image?

If so, the following DCMTK tool from the latest snapshot might be interesting for you: img2dcm

This discussion forum is about the OFFIS DICOM Tools which are written in C/C++. So it might be better to ask in the newsgroup "comp.protocols.dicom" for a Java library.
