When parsing an SR document from a new ultrasound device (with dsr2xml), I get some strange errors:
E: Cannot add "has obs context NUM" to TEXT in Enhanced SR
E: Reading content item "1.8.2.1" (Invalid by-value Relationship)
E: Reading content item TEXT "1.8.2" (Invalid by-value Relationship)
E: Reading content item CONTAINER "1.8" (Invalid by-value Relationship)
F: dsr2xml: error (Invalid by-value Relationship) parsing file: test.dcm
My this be a bug in the ultrasound software, or in the DcmTk?
(I can send you the original DICOM SR file per Mail on request).

Re: SR parsing error
As you can read in Table A.35.2-2 (DICOM PS 3.3), this relationship is not allowed. Only a CONTAINER can have a HAS OBS CONTEXT relationship with a NUM content item.E: Cannot add "has obs context NUM" to TEXT in Enhanced SR
This seems to be a bug in the ultrasound software but, of course, you could also send the sample SR file to "bugs/at/dcmtk/dot/org" for further analysis (if you want). My this be a bug in the ultrasound software, or in the DcmTk?
