DICOM librairies

Hello!!

I developped a webservice with Visual studio 2005. I'd like to make query/retrieve from this webservice, using DCMTK, to take some pictures from a PACS. Does someone know how i have to use DCMTK, which librairies i need (just to do query/retrieve)? At the installation, it proposes several librairies in the CMake window (libpng, libtiff...)... Which one do i have to put ON or OFF ???
Can I call DCMTK classes from my webservice?
HELP!! I'm lost with DCMTK !!!

First of all read the INSTALL file. After you've successfully compiled the DCMTK check "findscu" and "movescu" since these tools can be used to query and retrieve information from an DICOM archive.
