dicom query retrieve level

Hello!

I am trying to do query retrieve...and i can't define the level of query in my command. Here is my command, without the level:

findscu -P -k 0010,0010 -k 0010,0030 -k 0010,0040 @IP_PACS Port_Pacs -aec AEtitle_SCP

This command doesn't work, because the level of query seems to be missing. I tried to add this:

-k 0008,0052="PATIENT"

but it doesn't work, it tells me :
error: bad key format or dictionnary name not found in dictionary: 0008,0052="patient"

What's my mistake? How do I have to define query level??

Hi Celine,

this is a well-known bug in DCMTK 3.5.4. There is a patch available on request, please write an email to onken at offis dot de and I will send you a fixed cvs version.
