Hii,

after running CMake, the textfile CMakeList shows me that the OpenSSL and Libxml is turned off, but I activated the library in CMake before to "ON" and gave the path to the external library. Why is the textfile not up to date ?

What is wrong with my configuration ?

The CMakeLists.txt files contain the project defaults for the DCMTK package not the current settings.
