No, unless you make the required code changes to storescp. Alternatively, you could use the following option (only available in the DCMTK snaphot):Is it possible to use study related info (dynamic) as prefix for the optio -ss (subdirectories)

sort studies using prefix p and the Study Instance UID
As far as I know, there are tools for this, like srvany.exe, instsrv.exe or sc.exe.Can I run this as a windows service?
