I use DCMCJPEG v2.0.0
options +fs 1 +ot
It creates an empty basic offset table for multiframe image. DCMCRLE works ok in this case.[/u]

The one from 3.5.4 shows the same message but date is year 2005, version v2.0.0 .

Thanks again for the report. I think I have fixed this issue which was apparently only related to the "true lossless" mode.
