I am looking for support of Hanging Protocol in DCMTK 3.5.4. It seems we don't have such support, isn't it?

Will be the Hanging Protocol supported by the next release of the open source dcmtk framework?

Nope. No support there, and this is not something we have on our wish list for now, sorry.
