I have a problem concerning imagectn directory?

I didnt find a directory of imagectn in the downloaded zip file of dcmtk tool kit. So how can i use dcm code in network?
i am new to dicom field started just one month back.
please suggest how to run the code dcmnet??

DCMTK 3.5.4 does not contain a directory "imagectn" anymore. The tool has been renamed to "dcmqrscp" and the source code can be found in the "dcmqrdb" directory (sub-project).
