I couldn't find out any useful codes under DCMTK for implementation Performed Procedure Step SCU.If some usefull classes or methods are there please let me know.

The underlying N-CREATE and N-SET messages are implemented as part of the "dcmnet" module.

I would like to know how much it will cost my organization to buy MPPS SCU implemented by DCMTK, which is not avilable for free? If possible what is the procedure of buying it?

We do not have an implementation of an MPPS SCU (Client) application, but an implementation of an MPPS SCP (Server) application. Please note the difference.

I need mpps scu/scp applications source code over DCMTK. How much it cost?

We have a mini-PACS implementation over DCMTK and we need:
-mpps scp: for mwl scp database uptdate
-mpps scu: for our DICOM Box Simulator for analogic modality station

As was already mentioned, we only have an MPPS-SCP (server) application. An MPPS-SCU (client) application is contained in IHE's Mesa Tools.
