Just FYI in case others are running into issues getting the "build single shared library" option configuring/generating via CMake under 3.6.4 on Windows 10 using Visual Studio 15 2017 x64.
I initially downloaded CMake 3.15.0-rc2 and everytime I clicked Configure after selecting "build shared libs" and "build single shared library" it threw an error configuring from a clean 3.6.4 src pull.
I uninstalled CMake 3.15.0-rc2 and backed up to the latest stable release 3.14.5 and then had no issues building the single shared library option with _all_ external 3rd party library support options enabled as well (libiconv, tiff, png, etc.)

Re: BUILD_SINGLE_SHARED_LIBRARY issues in 3.6.4
Thanks for pointing this out. So if I understand it correctly, the issue is with the "release candidate" of CMake and not with the release of DCMTK, right?
