Sorting of DataItem

Hi
When ever I use Findscu application,
the argument dataset is get sorted by the function DcmItem:Insert(...).
In general, is there anyway through which we can avoid this sorting and the insertion is done one after another according to the original dataset presented in the command line?

The DICOM standard requires that the data elements in a data set are listed in ascending order (according to their group and element number), so there is no way to prevent DCMTK from "sorting".
