findscu worklist in Fuji Synapse

Hi,
Iv been tried sucessfully the patient level and study level.
Im trying to conect to Fuji Synapse PACS. but i get error in my query in Modality worklist in findscu.
I need help to construct my query file . Thank you in advance.

in the Synapse Conformance statemente says:

I would suggest you start with this very generic query and, if it works, then try to "activate" the two entries that are commented out and try that as well. Store as a text file and convert with dump2dcm.

a tip for someone its using Fuji Synapse. the MWL must be activeted in the Administration tool for the peer.
