I am testing dcmtk 3.5.4, but i cannot query from storescp by using findscu

Hi,

i am a newbie for dcmtk. now i am doing some test job on dcmtk 3.5.4. i compile it by using visual studio.net 2005 successful, and now i use

storescp -v -od c:\DCM_Images 104

as dcm server, and i use storescu to save some dcm file and successful.

when i use

findscu -P -k 0010,0010="testrexam" localhost 104 query.dcm

a error message appears:

ERROR bad key format or dictionary name not found...

and nothing happend on server side.

whatever i change for the format patient name such as "t*", "*" the same error occurred.

the movescu meet the same problem.

any ideas?

1. Use dcmqrscp instead of storescp (see DCMTK's documentation why).
2. findscu 3.5.4 has a bug in the parsing routine for the --key option.
