hello I am a new user of this software, I use it since 3 days.
i have download:
.DCMTK 3.5.4 source code and documentation (Zip)
.DCMTK 3.5.4 documentation as Windows help file
.zlib 1.2.3 source code and documentation
.libtiff 3.7.4 source code and documentation
.libpng 1.2.8 source code and documentation
.libxml2 2.6.22 source code and documentation
.libiconv 1.9.1 source code and documentation
.dcmtk-3.5.4-win32-i386.zip for Windows 9x/Me/NT/2000/XP
.dcmtk-3.5.4-win32-i386-tls.zip for Windows 9x/Me/NT/2000/XP
.dcmtk-3.5.4-win32-i386-support.zip libraries for Windows 9x/Me/NT/2000/XP
and i use visual C++ 2005 express edition

i try to use this software to move mammography on dicom set.
But i can't do anything with all that i download. I can't open anything. WHen i read most part of your post i can see Cmake prog but where you find this one? Can you tell me where i can find an explination or if you can tell me how to solve my problem it will be great.

Read the INSTALL file in the main directory of the DCMTK source code package. CMake is available from www.cmake.org.
