Rotate is it possible?

Is it possible to rotate for example 90° a dicom picture without losing the quality? if it's possible can you tell me what prog make that and the programmation code to enter to do this action please.

DCMTK does not include such a ready-to-use tool. You have to write your own little program for this purpose. If you would have asked to get a standard image format as output the answer would have been: use "dcm2pnm" with option --rotate-xxx.
