Advice on Dicom optimization.
Hi, I was wondering if anyone can give me advice on optomizing dicoms for minimum memory allocation on the system. I notice that storescp dicoms receiving uncompress MONOCHROME2 19 frame dicom from our system only uses about 10-15MBs in memory when loaded to a dicom viewer. While sending the same di...

Convert color to monochrome/grayscale?
Hi,
Was wondering if it's possible to convert a dicom with color to a dicom that's grayscale or monochrome? I'm trying to use the windowing function in our dicom viewer and it's only allow for monochrome or grayscale dicoms. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

storescp and AcusonSequioa C512
Hi, Nice to meet everyone, I was wondering if anyone have done this before: Setting up a transmission with an Echo machine Acuson Sequioa C512 to storescp. I managed to get it to transfer but there's a pause between transfers of the clips. I'm using the -dhl option and everything else defaulted at t...
