Re: GSPS or SR ?

Do you have, or know where I could find: a sample radiograph DICOM file and an associated GSPS file? For testing purposes.... can't seem to find sample GSPS files anywhere....

Re: GSPS or SR ?

OK, thank you, that's what I hoped regarding GSPS. So, after a brief study of GSPS and SR, here are my thoughts - I'd be happy to be corrected if these statements are incorrect: So, SR looks cool and powerful, but as I understand it, it does not give any way to control how the items will be rendered...

Re: GSPS or SR ?

So GSPS has "Grayscale" right in its name -- does that mean one cannot have color in the overlaid graphics?

GSPS or SR ?

I want to add markup to a DICOM image such as that shown near the top of this page:

[url][https://www.metronmind.com/try-it]

Should I use GSPS or SR? What are the 'Pros and Cons' of this choice? Which is 'easier' using DCMTK tools (even just binaries, I am hoping). Thanks!

Re: Sort based on AE Title

Aha! Indeed, using the form: "cmd.exe /c mkdir d:\test" works!

Thanks for that.

Re: Sort based on AE Title

No, the "cmd.exe /c mkdir ..." also does not work. And during my original testing I tried various commands (ren, mv, etc). It simply seems that the -xcr does not execute (at least on windows). I also took guesses at various quoting and escape sequences trying to find a way that would work ...

Re: Sort based on AE Title

Perhaps I am doing something wrong, but I cannot get this to work. I first tried with rename and #f and #a, but in trying to track down the problem, I simplified it all the way down to just trying to "create a directory", in case the issue had to do with substituting for #f and #a. So here...

Sort based on AE Title

I have 100 customers. I would like to give each one a unique "AE Title" that they should use when sending to my server. When my server receives a dicom file, I want to be able to tell which customer sent it by checking the AE Title that was used. How can I do this kind of thing with DCMTK?...

Re: Questions on pdf2dcm.exe

Thank you Michael -- Don't know if anythingn wrong with 'new' version yet -- the 'old' version seemed to have intermittent issues. For 'new' version, I am starting with pdf2dcm.exe and the 27 DLLs in the bin export. Anyway for me to know which of the 27 are needed? I guess I'll work thru removing th...

Re: Questions on pdf2dcm.exe

-- to add to my queries.....

The older version of pdf2dcm.exe was over 1 MB in size -- I downloaded the latest one and it is 23KB. So, I am thinking that maybe, at least in the new version, it *does* rely on something else that I need to also use. By what?

Questions on pdf2dcm.exe

Some (maybe) simple questions about pdf2dcm.exe 1. Is pdf2dcm.exe completely self-contained? It does not require any other DLLs or other components from DCMTK, is that correct? 2. If the answer t #1 is yes, then: So, I can run a different (later) version of pdf2cm.exe than the rest of my DCMTK setup...

I am on on windows, yes. I am using the binaries from 3.6.0-win32-i386 and just today I was told that the computer with the problem is win7 - 64 bit! So, maybe this is the problem? Can you confirm that the "win32" binaries will not work on win7-64 bits? And... I don't see that you post 64-...

DICOM Print "Error 2"

I have used your free binaries to implement DICOM Print. I have a situation in which it works fine on one PC, but when used on another PC with all my files identical, it quickly returns "Error 2". It stops very soon and doesn't even get to where a log file is generated. I know this is prob...

movescu in 3.6.0 also seems -td dosn't work

I tried using the -td option for movescu and with that option present movescu doesn't work at all. Even tried it in 3.6.0. Anyone know about this?
