Is there a way to determine the Pixel Spacing of a DICOM using one of the offis tools when a DICOM does not have a Pixel spacing tag included?

DICOM tag CineRate
Hello, We currently convert DICOMs to text files using dcmj2pnm.exe. We then parse through the text file and search for number of frames to distinguish if the DICOM is a video. We currently use dcmdump (tag "0018,0040") to get the CineRate (frame rate of the video). The tag "0018,0040...
