movescu always stores images in the directory it is started from, unless you use the "new" option -od which is only available in the snapshot. Is it no option for you to download and compile it? If not, I may send you a binary for Windows. Simpler is not to start movescu with a a port but...

Why don't you start the movescu from the directory where the objects are to be stored? That means, change the directory and then start movescu. Movescu stores the received objects in the current working directory. For the snapshot version 3.5.5, this is still the default but can be changed using option --output-directory (-od). I use this function ASC_getRejectParameters(params, &rej)
then I get the error message as follow:

Result: Rejected Permanent, Source: Service User
Reason: Calling AE Title Not Recognized
