DICOM @ OFFIS

Is there a standardized way to delete studies from a dicomdir ? Or do I have to delete them manually, in a proprietary way ?

Dicom Standard defines C-Move, CStore and so on. Is there an operation, which defines something like C-Remove in order to remove a study from a dicomdir file ?
Can I use N-Delete for this purpose ?
