Working movescu with same --port and port number. Bad?

movescu below works fine. Is port number reuse (11112) below problematic? Having to go through FWs so some ports closed or one way. Wish to know if it is an issue before asking anyone to change networking. Also does anyone know about this warning below? "RECV: W: DcmItem: Invalid Element (0002,...

dcmodify output file options (arbitrary path and/or output file name)

dcmodify can 1) create a modified .bak DICOM files in same location as the original 2) can overwrite the original. Can I specify an arbitrary path and/or output file name? An 9 year old related post suggests it was not possible https://forum.dcmtk.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=3547&p=14214&hil...
