Ah, so 3.5.2 was where I should have looked! Thanks.
I guess the sample apps with 3.5.3 now use the new API? I'll take my lead from there.....

What happened to DcmFileStream?
I've just rebuilt an app against DCMTK 3.5.3 (previously using 3.5.1) and it tells me that there is now no DcmFileStream class.
Is this correct? If so, what replaced it? I couldn't find any reference in the changes.353.
