Helo, I'm fom Hungary, Middle-Europe. I'm writing a PACS server with different functionality. And now I like test it for DICOM compliance. I seem on Internet that any address of DICOM Test Server: mh_nt1.ucdmc.ucdavis.edu:104 xray.swan.ac.uk:104 ..... But I can't to connect to those. Can cou help me...
