Decompress Jpeg lossless to memory
Is there a way to decompress a lossless 16 bit jpeg dicom file to a memory stream. I would like to use the dcmdjpeg.exe to decompress the pixel data to an array of ushorts to do further processing on. I guess this would involve redirecting the output to stdout.
