Your response is vague. Who or what dictates new releases or at least a bugfix release? I find it odd nothing has changed since dec 20, 2005.

Hello all. I was able to successfully use the dcmodify to replace a tag element with a new 'static' value; however, I am actually looking for a command and/or arguments to replace a tag element's value with an existing tag element's value. example: move value from (0008,0080) to (0008,0090).
