dcmwlm/wwwapps not compiled with msvc 6 (preplock, readoviw, readwlst, writwlst)
I installed dcmtk-3.5.4 on my Windows system. I compiled it with MSVC 6 using the workspace created by CMake (dcmtk.dsw). Everything worked OK ! I'm now trying to install the binaries but I can't find preplock, readoviw, readwlst and writwlst executables. Looks like they where not created. wlmscpfs....
