I think I will use the "quick and dirty" approach until a better solution is available. It's quite urgent for me having the system working.

If it is too low, it probably will be reached before the actual ending of the study reception, and then the sending will fail. That's an unacceptable situation, so I need it to be as high as possible. This I don´t understand: why does sending fail ? The only effect should be, that you will send the...

I hadn't realize that my version wasn't the newest one becouse I had installed dcmtk with apt-get install :oops:

Now the --fork option works fine, but I need -xcs too... I have already seen the thread about this issue, so no problem. Thanks again.
