DICOM @ OFFIS

Definitely it was a file codification issue. Must be in UTF-8 format in order the dump2dcm works correctly.
Solved.

i can't post the whole file, sorry, the text is trimmed. I think that's the reason why the dumping fails.
Maybe a character codification issue.
