To do that i take the value of the pixel and then i make the 2's complement and add 1, to have the new pixel valueto display but it doesn't work, so i need some help for the conversion....maybe i do something wrong? Hi all, I'm new in Dicom, and i have problem reading an image with Pixel Rapresentation(0028,0103) =1. I convert each pixel in 2's complement but then the image isn't correct. What i have to do? Do i need the tag Rescale Intercept and Rescale Slope (0028,1052) (0028,1053)? I use VC6++ as my software...
