CI logs with unit test executions?
Are there logs of the build and unit test execution available somewhere for the official binary releases of DCMTK? I'm looking, in particular for release 3.6.7.

Re: CI logs with unit test executions?
Hi,
I don't think so. We do all builds on machines hosted at the OFFIS institute (and not at Circle CI or so). Are you interested into a particular platform or what is the background of your question? Maybe we can get you logs manually if they are still available (did not check yet).
Best regards,
Michael

Re: CI logs with unit test executions?
Hi Michael,
Thanks for the quick response. The background is to support our procedure for handling SOUP in our medical device. Our procedure says that we will either:
1. build and run the unit tests of open source software ourselves
2. obtain the unit test execution logs from the SOUP maintainer when using a binary build that we did not build our self
With DCMTK, we'd like to simply use the Windows 64-bit binary builds available at https://dicom.offis.de/en/dcmtk/dcmtk-tools/
If the logs are available manually that would be wonderful!
Thanks again,
Taylor

Just wanted to follow up to see if obtaining the logs manually might still be a possibility? Thanks in advance for looking into this.

Re: CI logs with unit test executions?
Hi,
sorry for getting back late: I checked it and I could not find a way to get you the original build logs. However, I think it should be possible for you to build your own DCMTK without too much problems. If something fails, let me know.
Best regards,
Michael

Re: CI logs with unit test executions?
Correct. Our CI system is a "nightly build" of the current development branch and will overwrite the old logs after a couple of days. The logs of the build that happened to be identical to 3.6.7 release are long gone.
