HELP! C-MOVE Can't Get Image From eFilm DICOM Server

Hi All,

I want to connect to a eFilm server and retrieve a DICOM image, but it does't work, some one help pls.

1st, I used the findscu.exe to Query a eFilm DICOM server with this command line:

the same step i used to retrieve a image form a JDICOM server, it works.

why the eFilm server does't work ? any error ?

The log does not show any error. All the C-FINDs were OK and the C-MOVE request obviously caused eFilm to open a connection to storescp and negotiate support for the NM Image Storage SOP Class. Why eFilm did not send any images and instead reported the transmission as failed is a question that cannot be answered from the given logs.

Well, eFilm should also produce some kind of logs - at least this is where I would start looking.
