How can i execute the query at the composite object Instanc

Hello
i want to execute the query at the composite object instance level . i specify the "Composite object instance "key attribute in the query-dcm file,using the Patient Root Model,but i got nothing ,what is wrong with this ?

The Q/R model is strictly hierarchical, i.e. you have to specify valid values for the unique keys of all upper query levels (in your case: PATIENT, STUDY and SERIES). The only exception is the Study Root model where Patient and Study entities are on the same level. Another solution would be to use relational queries (see DICOM standard for details). However, most systems do not support relational queries ...
