Can anyone give me some tips?

#1 Post by zzcn »

Hi everyone,

I have a angiogram Dicom file, which has more than 100 frames, it's the heart beating before and after the injection of contrast medium. Since I only need some frames that have the highest contrast, I want to do the followings:
1. Remove frames from this dicom file
2. Do some process on the left frames data(example:inverse)

How should I do it? Just give me some simple idea, which class which functions should i use something like this.

Thx & Cheers

Zhao

I have found the way to do this

I load the dicom data first, then read the frame data I need, delete all the pixel_data. After that I write the frames back. and set the tag" number of frame". after that I save the file.

when I read this file in other dicom viewer. theres is only the frame that I need..
