Need to perform a stress test on a pacs server

I have a PACS server and I need to perform a stress test on it using the DCMTK, I generated an application that calls the storescu utility in multible threads but this sends the same DICOM image every time.

If there is another method to perfom a heavy test on a PACS server please inform me or help me to improve my test application.
