Hi

I want to ask if DCMTK can do the following

- Access certain pixel in the image (pixel 0)
- What’s the value of the pixel represent (CT number or what)
- Annotation can I draw it
- Region filters
- Write new DICOM file
- Overlay (with activation layer in presentation layer).
- Opening key image (SR)

Any sample code will be highly appretiated

Yes, you can do all this with DCMTK. Sample code for most of these aspects is contained in the DCMTK source code package. Just start to look into the source code and the documentation!
